Cancellation and Refund Policies

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation, the buyer is entitled to return the purchased product from the date of delivery without assuming any legal or criminal liability and without giving any justification. You can return the product by exercising your right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days.

Defective Product

1-You can withdraw from the contract and get a refund.

2- It is possible to request the replacement of the product with a product that is free of defects.

3- Shipping costs belong to the seller.

When Are Credit Card Refunds Made?

After the return is completed, the refund to the credit card will be completed within 1-8 days. However, the shipping, approval and refund period of the return can be completed within an average of 15 days in total.

How Are Refunds Made for Installment Credit Card Purchases?

For purchases made in installments, the refund is also reflected in the account in installments. For example, if a purchase of 300 TL was made in 3 installments, this money is returned to the card as 100 TL over 3 months after the refund is completed.
